We are committed to providing healthy meals to all our students!
Did you know?
  • Shakopee Food Services is committed to providing healthy meals for all our students. We work with local farmers to provide fresh, straight-from-the-farm fruits and vegetables (see pictures above). We are dedicated to finding the cleanest labels possible because good nutrition helps our students learn better.
  • Our Kindergarteners can receive free breakfast!
  • Free/Reduced Meal Program: If you would like to apply for free or reduced meal benefits you may do so any time of the year. You can apply online via the Campus Portal or you can find the application on our site(left navigation), in the middle of the school calendar or at your child's school office.  We can also mail the application or send one home with your child. You must reapply every year for meal benefits. 
**All students who qualify for free or reduced priced meals will receive FREE breakfast & FREE lunch this school year.
 
Depositing money into your child's meal online food service account is easy! (Link located to the left) We accept cash, checks or pay on-line.

Cash: Please send cash in an envelope with your child's first and last name written on the front of the envelope.

Check: Please make checks out to: Shakopee Food Service. You can write one check out for multiple children just be sure to include all first and last names of the children in the memo part of the check.

On-line:  There is a small fee added to each order to help offset the costs to the district. You will need to set up a user account to be able to access on line payments.  Please call the food service office to set up your user account.

You can send meal payments to school with your child, the teacher will explain to them where to put the money. You can also send checks to: Shakopee Food Service, 1200 Town Square, Shakopee, MN 55379

If you would like to check the balance in your child's account you can do so on-line, just like you were going to make a payment, but you can just view the money in the account! You will need their student ID number.
