Hello! My name is Amy Winter. This is my 16th year of teaching, my 2nd year teaching in Shakopee and my first year teaching at Sweeney Elementary. Last year, I taught Reading Intervention for Shakopee Online. I love working with students and helping them to unlock the power of reading and all the joy it brings to their learning and life. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family: my husband, our two sons (who attend Red Oak) and our pug Gracie. I am looking forward to a fun year working with my students and their families. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions that you may have.
