    How do parents get tech support for student devices?

    If your concern is related to a classroom activity or announcement from the teacher, please reach out to the classroom teacher via email or voicemail.  If the teacher is unable to quickly answer your question, they will be passing on your concern to the technology department for support.

    What is my child's email/password? 

    Email

    Combine students’ 6-digit student ID and @shakopeeschools.org 

    Example Email:  123456@shakopeeschools.org

    Password

    Password is a combination of your child’s initials & birthday.

    UPPERCASE initial of first name

    lowercase initial of last name

    two-digits of birth month

    two-digits of birth day

    last two-digits of birth year


    Example: 
    Juan Sanchez born on January 1, 2008 = Js010108

     

    Does my child know their student ID? 

    Yes. Students use their ID number to checkout at lunch and media.
