    Director of Community Education
    Bob Greeley
    Bob has been with the school district since 1992. He is responsible for overseeing Community Education programs & services. Before joining the school district, Bob served as the director of Community Education and Recreation in Breckenridge, Minnesota. He has a bachelor’s degree in recreation administration and a master’s degree in educational administration and leadership. He is a licensed community education director. 
    Director of Human Resources
    Keith Gray
    Keith joined the school district in July 2017 after serving as the Director of Human Resources for the North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale school district. He oversees all the human resources functions for the district, including recruitment, staffing, contract negotiations and administration, compensation and benefits, employee wellness, and employee relations. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University, a master’s in psychology from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Iowa. 
    Director of Instructional Technology 
    Bryan Drozd
    Bryan comes to Shakopee after spending the eight years as Director of Technology at the Lyons Elementary School District in the greater Chicago area. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a Technology Coordinator at the Cook County School District. Drozd completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in secondary education. He also holds a Master of Education degree in curriculum and technology from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Education degree in leadership and administration from Benedictine University. Bryan has a wife, Mary, and two boys. 
    Director of Teaching & Learning
    Nancy Thul
    Nancy comes to Shakopee Public Schools from Eastern Carver County Schools where she was the secondary teaching and learning supervisor for 7 years. She spent 15 years in the district in different positions. She's also worked in Minnetonka and St. Louis Park School Districts and taught in Iowa and Nebraska. She was born and raised in Iowa and now lives on acreage near Waconia. She is married and has two sons.   
    Bill Menozzi  
    Director of Finance and Operations
    Bill Menozzi
    Bill joined the Shakopee School District after serving as the Director of Business Services in the Mahtomedi School District. He has over a decade of experience working in school finance in Minnesota. He oversees the areas of finance, operations & facilities, district transportation, and nutrition services. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Bethel University and is an active member of the Minnesota Association of School Business Officials (MASBO), the National Association of School Business Officials (ASBO), and has an SFO certification in School Finance and Operations from ASBO. Bill is married and has two elementary age children.
    Director of Special Services
    Julie Fred
    Julie has been in the district for thirteen years serving in a variety of roles within special education and administration. For the past three years, she has been serving as a coordinator/supervisor for special services. After earning her undergraduate degree, Julie attended Saint Mary's University of Minnesota for her masters degree, K-12 principal license, and her Director of Special Education license. She is responsible for special education, American Indian education and health services. Julie also oversees social work services, homebound and homeless education, and is the district 504 compliance officer. Julie has two sons who attend Shakopee Public Schools.
    Communications Supervisor
    Ashley McCray
    Ashley comes to Shakopee Public Schools from WCCO in Minneapolis where she was a morning reporter. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism from Florida A&M University. Prior to joining WCCO, Ashley was the weekend morning anchor and weekday reporter at WVTM Alabama’s 13, the NBC affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama. In addition, Ashley taught classes in the communications department at Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama. Ashley is married and has one daughter. 
    Shakopee Education Association
    Dale Anderson
    Dale has spent his entire working career serving in multiple roles with Shakopee Public Schools. He spent 22 years as a social studies teacher at the high school, beginning in 1990, and served from 2012-2015 as the district's High Potential Coordinator. In addition, from 1997 – 2015, Dale served as President of the local teacher union (Shakopee Education Association: in a part-time role beyond his teaching duties, and in 2015 that role became his current, full-time position. While Dale was born and lived his first 10 years in Nigeria (West Africa), he graduated from Bemidji High School, attended St. Olaf College, received his first master’s degree in Teacher Leadership from University of Minnesota - Twin Cities (1997), and earned his second master’s degree in Educational Technology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA (2005). Dale is married and has four children that are in high school or college.
