Community Conversation

Thank you, Shakopee Community, for completing the 2026 Community Conversation & Survey

For the past four years, Shakopee Public Schools has had the opportunity to consistently hear from our greater community.

Families, staff, businesses and all community members were invited to participate in an ongoing community conversation and feedback opportunity designed to keep that dialogue strong. 

Powered by ThoughtExchange, this experience included brief survey questions measured year over year, along with open-ended feedback and the ability to view and reflect on ideas shared by others. All questions were centered on students and how we can continue working together to ensure each and every student reaches their greatest potential.

The 2026 Community Conversation & Survey was open April 22 - May 22, 2026 and has since closed. Results will be shared with the School Board in summer 2026 and made available to the public.
