Community Forum to Address Current Budget
The Shakopee School Board has adjusted its schedule and will now hold a learning session Monday, March 20 for the purpose of a community forum. The forum will include a presentation by district leadership, followed by audience Q&A. The community forum is in response to the community’s desire at the recent business board meeting to receive more information about the district’s current budget and the plan moving forward as well as feedback and requests to hold a meeting as soon as possible.
The community forum will take place March 20 from 6-7:30 p.m. The event will be held in the auditorium at West Junior High School in order to accommodate everyone in the community who wishes to attend.
