Flu Shot Clinics for Families, Students, Staff, Small Children, Babies & Grandparents
Shakopee Public Schools are offering four evening flu shot clinics this year for all ages - students, staff, families, small children, babies and grandparents. Flu shots are very important this year. By getting a flu shot for you and your family, you can help prevent more absences from school and work and help our health care systems.
Flu shots are by appointment only. If you do not have insurance, you are eligible for free flu shots.
Please also bring a printed consent form for each family member and your insurance card to the clinic. (We will have paper consent forms available at clinics if you don’t have a chance to do the online form ahead of time.)
When making appointments, please schedule one appointment per family member. However, please also choose consecutive or close appointment times when there are various members of a family requesting flu shots on the same day.
