Caroline brings over 10 years of experience in human resources to the School Board with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Caroline studied abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico and speaks Spanish as a second language. 

Caroline and her husband, Delfino have two kids that attend Shakopee High School. Caroline works as a Supervisor, Ops Talent Acquisition for Boston Scientific.  

Caroline has also served on the Board for the Association of Latino Professionals for America and the Minnesota Talent & Recruiting Network.

Caroline has shared her personal goal is to listen, take a deep dive, assess and have an open mind when it comes to understanding the needs of the community. 

Caroline and her family are active in the local film industry.  She has also participated in the Warrior Dash and enjoys biking, salsa dancing and traveling.
