Back to School Information - August 15 - Mailers and Infinite Campus messages are sent to each Stepping Stones Preschool family with important back-to-school information, teacher assignments, LifeTouch picture details and more. Bus routes will also be posted in Infinite Campus by 8:00am on this date. Courtesy bus stop postcards will also be sent to all Stepping Stones Preschool families and may arrive 7-10 days after this date.

Bus routes will also be posted in Infinite Campus by 8:00am on this date. Courtesy bus stop postcards will also be sent to all eligible elementary families and may arrive 7-10 days after this date.

• Tuesday, September 2: 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Wednesday, September 3: 8:00am - 4:00pm (please note that Eagle Creek Elementary School will have an earlier start/stop time on this date - 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Middle school schedules will be available in Infinite Campus at 8:00am on this date (August 15).

Bus routes will also be posted in Infinite Campus by 8:00am. 

Back to School Open House (LifeTouch photos will be taken at this time)

• Wednesday, August 27, 2025 (at both East and West Middle Schools)
  • 3:30 - 7:30pm

First Day of School: Tuesday, September 2

Additional LifeTouch photo dates will be available in September and October.

Fall Athletics & Activities: For information on secondary Saber Activities and Athletics, please visit shakopeesabers.com. Fall sports registration opens on July 21, and fall sports begin on Monday, August 11.

Bus Routes in Infinite Campus - August 15: Bus routes will also be posted in Infinite Campus by 8:00am on this date. 

Schedule Pick-Up & School ID Photos - August 19 & 20: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Shakopee High School Field House. Parking permits and MacBooks will also be available on these dates, in addition to the Open House.

Schedules in Infinite Campus - August 21: High school schedules will be available in Infinite Campus at 8:00am on this date (August 21).

Back to School Open House - August 26: 4:00 - 7:00pm 

First Day of School: Tuesday, September 2

9th Grade students are in-person. 10 - 12th Grade students are online and start school in-person on Sept. 3.

Back to School Open House - August 26: 4:00 - 6:00pm 

First Day of School: Tuesday, September 2

Palmer Bus routes will be available in Infinite Campus starting August 15th. 

• Route information for students who receive special services transportation will arrive via mail no later than August 31st. 

• NEW this year is the ability to track your students' bus route via StopFinder. Learn more here and be on the lookout for an activation email on or shortly after August 17th. 

• If you are eligible for transportation but decline, please complete this form as soon as possible to ensure efficient routes.
