Your username is the email address you have on file with the district.
To set up your login, click the forgot password option.
Next, enter your email address, and click Reset Password.
An email will be sent to create a SchooLinks password. Follow the instructions to create your password, then return to the login page and log in via email and password.
If you do not receive a password reset email, please check junk mail. Also, please verify that the email you used is what we have on file in Infinite Campus. If you still need assistance, please submit a ticket to parenthelp@shakopee.k12.mn.us
You should be automatically connected with any 9th-12th grader in the system.
Once logged in, click the My students tab at the top to view the associated students determined by your district.
*If you don’t see the right students, please reach out to the district for corrections.
Click on a student’s name to view their casefile. From the casefile you can see your student’s assessment results, review course plans, reach out to their counselor, and more!
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) — governs how student education records can be shared with third parties. Any time a student's transcript, recommendation letter, or personal information is transmitted to a college, scholarship organization, or employer, FERPA technically applies. Districts are legally obligated to have appropriate consent on file.
Guardians will log in to SchooLinks and sign off on the FERPA release agreement found in their To-Do list/home page.
SchooLinks will unblock document and transcript sending once a signature/approval is on file for the student.
