It is both a privilege and honor to be the Principal at Eagle Creek Elementary.  My journey in education started as a reading paraprofessional 24 years ago, and since then I’ve been an elementary classroom teacher, district wide instructional coach, coordinator and an associate principal for 4 years.

I am an alumni of St. Olaf College, earned my Masters in elementary education at the University of Minnesota and my Specialist degree and Principal licensure from the University of St. Thomas. Growing up in the Twin Cities has afforded me the opportunity to see firsthand how much the Shakopee community is growing and thriving.  

My husband and I live in Eden Prairie and we have 4 children.  In the summer, we enjoy exploring Minnesota parks in our camper trailer with our Goldendoodle, Emmy.

The Shakopee Public School district has a reputation for excellence and I love to partner with teachers, staff and families to create the best learning environments for our students.  I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Eagle Creek family and can't wait to welcome your students to our school!
