With the recent legislative changes regarding bullying in schools and the Safe and Supportive Minnesota School Act signed into law by Governor Dayton in April 2014, our school district has worked to adjust our excisting bullying policy, Policy 514-Bullying Prohibition Policy.  The Shakopee School Board has adopted the Minnesota School Board Association's model policy for bullying prohibition.
