I am so happy to be Red Oak's full time music specialist. I have known since I was in elementary school that this is what I wanted to be when I grew up. Mixing my two favorite things, music and working with children is truly my dream job!  Thank you for the opportunity to share my love of music with your students.

I have been teaching for many years and have taught every level of music from K-12th grade.  Elementary kids are the BEST! I began teaching in Jamestown, ND and moved to the area with my husband and two kids 15 years ago. 

I have a BA in Music Education and Vocal Performance from Jamestown College, Jamestown, ND and a MA in Education from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
