High School, Grades 9-12

Shakopee Online
  • Shakopee Online's High School (9th - 12th Grades) programming incorporates required Minnesota state standards and include online courses in English, Math, Social Studies and Science. A limited selection of elective courses from the high school will be offered.

Like Shakopee High School, a course will need sufficient student enrollment to be offered unless it is available through APEX.  APEX is a digital curriculum where a Shakopee teacher provides guidance and support as a student self-paces through the course.  Students can expect to spend at least one hour per day for each course taken, with considerations made for age and individual learning styles.

Students will be expected to enroll in four courses per quarter. All Shakopee Online courses will be credit-bearing and count toward graduation requirements for earning a Shakopee diploma.

Once you have selected Shakopee Online, you will receive an email within 24 hours with details on how to register for your courses for the school year.  Once you have registered for your courses, counselors will review your selections and submit them into Infinite Campus.  PSEO, AVID, Southwest Co-op, and CAPS will not be offered in Shakopee Online due to the specific guidelines and parameters for these programs.
