Welcome to Shakopee Schools Department of Learning, Teaching & Equity (LT&E). We are dedicated to researching best practices, supporting and encouraging ongoing reflection and innovation for individual learners and teachers and their learning communities, building connection across classrooms and within buildings and grade levels and across the same. We seek to inspire, encourage and support all learners as they seek to maximize their potential. The Department of LT&E provides programs and services in the areas of curriculum, instruction, academic support for the entire range of learners, research and assessment, instructional technologies and professional learning and development.
