I started my journey at Shakopee Schools in 2011. Prior to joining the coaching team, I taught English at West for six years. As an instructional coach, I have the privilege of collaborating with fellow educators and facilitating professional learning. Doing so is both rewarding and energizing; I learn so much from our dedicated staff!

I have my M.A. in Literacy Education, B.A. in English Education, and Reading K-12 Certification from St. Mary’s University.

I am so excited to back at Shakopee Schools this year as the instructional coach at East. I started teaching English at EMS in 2011.  During this time, I have been fortunate to learn and grow from many colleagues and leaders throughout our district. I'm excited to get to continue to learn and grow with this new role.

I have my M.A. in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary's University, and a B.A. in Elementary Education with a focus in middle school language arts from Saint Cloud State University.

I started teaching math and physics in 2005 in Shakopee, and since then I’ve taught everything from basic math skills to calculus-based physics. From 2012-2015 I worked part time as a Digital Learning Coach, where I gained experience working with a wide range of K-12 teachers. I have a B.A. in Physics, Math, and Education from St. Olaf College, a masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota, and I’m currently working on a specialist degree in Educational Leadership at Concordia University. I’ve spent my career in Shakopee, and I am thrilled to be able to continue here by learning with other teachers as an instructional Coach.
