The Summer Newcomer Program is a 4-week program, M-Th, from July 8 - Aug. 1, 2024. The Program will be held at Shakopee High School.

The Program is designed to give students a boost in learning English, developing academic language, building math skills and understanding Shakopee High School.

Students who successfully complete this program will earn one elective credit toward their High School diploma.  Breakfast and lunch will be available.   Students who qualify for free and reduced lunch benefits will not have to pay for their meals.   Students who do not qualify will be required pay for their meals using regular lunch service procedures. Transportation will also be provided for those who qualify.

Targeted grade levels: rising 9^t, 10^th, 11^th and 12^th graders.
