The Shakopee Middle School Summer Learning Adventures Program is designed for rising 6th - 8th Grade students to provide an extra boost for success moving into the upcoming school year. 

The free 5-week program will run Monday through Thursday, starting on July 7 from 8:30am - 2:00pm at West Middle Middle School.

Each week there will be an active and engaging experience centered around one Shakopee Academy. Speakers, challenges and contests will all be part of this academy-themed experience!  In addition, students will receive math, literacy and social emotional learning support to become more confident and an organized learner.

Breakfast and lunch will be available to all students for free. 

Transportation will also be provided free of charge to children who do not live within walking distance of West Middle School (1 mile).

Attendance: Get ready for a great Summer Learning Adventure! To help your child get the most out of all the fun we have planned, regular attendance during their scheduled times is encouraged. School Supplies: School supplies are provided by the summer program. We recommend students bring a backpack, water bottle and their excitement to make new friends and learn!
