    Do you like making and creating things? Do you want to learn how to do hands-on work with tools? If so, Manufacturing and Construction is the course for you. In this course, you will learn how to safely design and build fun projects with a variety of different materials and tools. This is the introductory course for the Manufacturing and Fabrication program of study and a great choice for students who are interested in woodworking, welding, plastics, construction or skilled trades.      This project incorporates layout, measurement, drill press operations, band saw operations, routing, and finishing. Students have the choice between three different designs: a fish, canoe paddle, and heart pattern.
