• Energy, Food and The Outdoors

    This class aims to teach students about the “green” economy by focusing on how energy and food can be produced sustainably. Students will also be introduced to the outdoors by learning about Minnesota’s biomes and native plants and animals. This class is focused on hands-on experiences and learning by doing.
